Observant reader Jim McPherson took this photo of a potential new coffee shop in Phoenix. It is not open yet, but the location is at 7th St. & Osborn. Does anybody have the scoop?

It looks like a grand opening is imminent. It’s come along quite a bit since the posted picture was shot. I’m happy to see it. It’s a nice location. The only competition in the immediate area is Drip. There is a nice indie bookstore (Bard’s Books) in the same lot. I will try to get some info from those working on the building…stay posted.
