You can learn a lot of you follow Twitter. Today I found out about a new place in Tucson called Cafe Zope.
Based on the photos, it looks like a must visit the next time you are nearby.

I went in to pick up a coupla capps, and the pulls were thin and wan and bitter. Underextracted and buried in soapbubble foam.
Granted, I haven’t been back since, but what about the actual espresso? Anyone had a decent ‘spro there lately?
