Arizona Coffee

Have you seen the television show Kitchen Nightmares? I’ve been watching episodes online at Hulu.com and wow! There are some poorly managed restaurants out there.

It made me wonder though: Wouldn’t it be cool to have a show like this for coffee shops? I bet it wouldn’t be as much of a hit, but imagine how much you could learn by watching a show like this? Even local coffee shops should watch this show. They have some down to earth ideas that help restaurants turn from unprofitable to profitable.
