Dutch Bros. Coffee set to open 2nd location

October 4, 2008 Posted by Chris Tingom Filed under Coffee

Another Dutch Bros. Coffee location is set to open on October 10th at Bell Rd. and 29th St. The location is the second in Arizona for the franchise. You can read about the opening on AZ Central.

An interesting tidbit I gathered from the article: “How many customers are your current Valley stores seeing a day? We see about 400 to 600 people a day. We’re open from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.”

I just got a mailer on this today. Looks like they are giving away a scooter on 11-14 and they are going to have free drinks all day on Friday October 10th at the new location. Also in the mailer it says that they have “coming soon” locations at Papago Plaza in Scottsdale, Camelback and Central in Phx, Gilbert and McKellips in Mesa, Mill and Southern, in Tempe, McQueen and Guadalupe in Gilbert and Cave Creek and the 101 in Phx

hmmm 400-600 a day? No one thought that sounded a bit high? Sounds like the product is t0o cheap, I’d raise the prices. LOL

I just got back from there and it’s basically a drive through operation at 29th and Bell. Great service though with all the people there. Coffee is really good with a smooth not bitter taste.
They also have kid drinks as well with nice little keeper cups which makes it pleasant for the kids. I will definitely go back.
