Coffee Shops in Phoenix That Stay Open Late

Probably one of the most frequently asked questions I receive is if I have a list of coffee shops that stay open late. Well, here’s that list in all of its smallness. Thank you to Ben Atkin for contributing research.
Three Roots in Tempe is open to 11:00 during the school year.
Xtreme Bean 11:00 every night, except open all night Friday/Saturday nights.
eJoy Cafe in Tempe, which is open until 1 or 2 am every night, but Wi-Fi is $1.50/hr w/ a 2 hr minimum.
Mills End Espresso stays open until midnight on Friday and Saturday nights.
Ground Control is open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

I would also include LUX in that list, because it’s open until 10pm on Sundays. The only other independent coffee shops that are open that late on Sundays that I know of are Xtreme Bean and eJoy Cafe. Three Roots, IIRC, closes at 7pm on Sundays, even during the school year.
LUX is a great place to go if it’s 7 o’clock on a Sunday night and you want your weekend to last just a little bit longer.

Coffee Rush in Chandler has last call at 11pm and closes its doors at 12am everyday.

Coffee Unlimited on Glendale and 7th Str has posted a note on the door that closing time is 12pm. Nice interior and and atmospere, free WiFi, very good gelato, outside sitting area.

12pm or 12am? I know lots of places that close at like 3pm for some reason.
