Would like to stop by sometime and see your cafe/roaster operation. There aren’t too many of these around town. I’m sure it was no small feat to get through the details of setting it all up. Congradulations for being able to do so.

I just drove by your place and it appears the October opening isn’t going to happen. Are you looking to November or December for the grand opening? I’m looking forward to your place opening. I’m a regular at another Surprise coffee house called “Over Coffee,” which is a nice place, but it doesn’t have the comfort of coffee houses that I like. As long as you’ve got wi-fi and comfortable chairs I’m planning on being a regular.
