Scottsdale Times Article on Coffeehouses

April 1, 2007 Posted by Chris Tingom Filed under Coffee, Interviews

I don’t think it gets any better than that. The Scottsdale Times has a short feature on coffeehouses. The article centers around Inza Coffee and their story, and also touches on some of the other coffee shops in Arizona.

To read the article, pick up a copy of the April 2007 issue of The Scottsdale Times and turn to page 50.

For whatever it is worth: the ‘human touch’ of the indie coffeehouses is a big factor in my gravitating their way vs. Starbucks. Think of the neighborhood pub/tavern of the past.

As it is, fewer and fewer people drink on a regular basis and prefer NOT to be around alcohol.

I have not set foot in any of that Seattle based chain’s stores in months now.
