    Not exactly correct. You aren’t suppose to add sugar…unless of course it is requested. Just thought I would add that, as I added sugar and was chastised when I prepared for some middle eastern guests.

    I was actually wondering the same thing. I thought that was a big part of Turkish coffee was the reboiling.

    Maybe they save a bit of time there by adding the sugar.
