Thanks for the content. When I go to a coffee place--I want a great cup of coffee (not the over-roasted mud that Starbuck's serves)and I want a comfortable environment that makes me want to stay awhile...to read or write or have an interesting conversation...that means comfortable table and chairs or comfy (and clean) couches or easy chairs. Some appetizing and fresh pastries or bagels are always appreciated. I want friendly people who smile and converse when they take my order. I live in north Scottsdale and that's not easy to find. Cave Creek Coffee is teeming with 50+ middle aged Harley bikers--especially on the weekends. Blue Sky in Carefree has interesting environment--though the coffee is just ok and the food...well it depends on the day. Keep it up sweetie.
