Specifically, my objective with that statement isn’t to prevent regular use of a username or “handle.” Those are fine and actually quite common on the internet.

What’s not ok: Using a completely fake username such as “martin” or “debbie” when your real name is Louis. Especially when the intent is to deceive. In addition, if your name was Louis and you had a username and you want to use that feel free. Over time people will learn to recognize your username / nickname.
