One day we will be gone. I have read about peets coffee and it's founder Alfred Peet throughout my 10 years in this business. I read about his enormous influence in our coffee world. This amazing industry that allows us to express ourselves infront of our customers. That allows us to reach and tell our story to people that want to hear it or perhaps drink our products. Tomorrow morning, i will have a cup of coffee in his honor because He did change the story of coffee (our passion) and since one day we will all be gone. Perhaps somebody will think of us and say. He did brew a mean cup of coffee. Cheers.
