What’s your favorite coffee shop? Why do you go there? — Yes, this was pre-posted weeks ago to hopefully keep you entertained while I am away.

In the Phoenix area, Lux Coffee Bar is definitely my favorite. They roast their own beans in-house and pay careful attention to the quality of the espresso they brew. They also have delicious pastries that I believe are from a local baker, and the shop has a nice atmosphere.

My favorite would have to be Coffee Rush in Chandler (Dobson & Ray on SE Corner). Since I’m not much of a coffee drinker, I’m usually drawn to the social environment & the lake view is an added bonus. When I do decide to grab something to drink, it’s a single shot Iced Mocha. I’ve got a heck of a sweet tooth & this is one of the few Iced Mochas that can hit the spot.

For those of you in the Prescott area I strongly recommend checking out Cuppers Coffee House located at 226 S. Cortez. It is just south of the Courthouse next to the Hotel Vendome. Really nice atmosphere with friendly folks… enjoying life with coffee and so much more.
