We all had a great time at the Rocket Coffee Roasters open house. I’m posting a few photos right now. I took a few more which I need to optimize before posting.

Yeah its just bottomless. EspressoParts.com has them or you can just send it to them and they will cut the bottom off. Here.

Yep, that’s an EspressoCraft tamper. Gotta be my favorite tamper. Love the weight and balance of it! Ken’s throwin’ down a new style piston base for me to try out. I’ll post a photo of it when it arrives.

Yeah, you can get a crotchless, bottomless, naked PF pre-made or an exsisting PF made into one professionally. Or you can be a cheap bastard like me and make your own if you already have an extra PF, the tools, and a little time.
