* Arizona Coffee Does Not Endorse Rocket Coffee Roasters or Larry Jones *

Rocket Coffee RoastersA few months ago I had the pleasure of meeting Larry Jones from Rocket Coffee Roasters. We met down at Steve’s Espresso and had some great cappuccino’s. Larry has an incredible background in the coffee scene and operates one of the best coffee roasteries in the southwest.

Then a few weeks after that first meeting a friend and I visited one of their roasting facilities and pulled espresso shots and talked about coffee for another two hours. Good stuff!

Where am I going with this? Well, I am extremely pleased to announce that Rocket Coffee Roasters has been selected as the Official Coffee of Arizona Coffee! Besides the handsome new badge on the site, Rocket Coffee Roasters will be helping to spread the word about Arizona Coffee and writing some articles and guides to help you make a better cup of coffee.

I’ll quote a little bit from the Rocket Coffee Roasters web site:

We are a small batch coffee roasting company that is fanatical about freshness and quality. Each order is custom roasted, packaged in foil valve bags & shipped to you within 2 days out of the roaster.

We print the “roast on date” on every bag of our coffee along with suggestions such as optimum brew water temperature and pressure for our espresso blends.

We source only the finest beans from the worlds most renowned coffee growing regions.

I’ve sampled quite a bit of the coffee from Rocket Coffee Roasters and it is very good. I think something that makes the coffee different is Larry’s devotion to making sure each batch of coffee he roasts is perfect. If you meet Larry one of the things you’ll immediately like about him is his approach to coffee education. Larry is passionate about making good coffee and his enthusiasm and desire to make great coffee is evident. Thank you to Larry for his support of Arizona Coffee and here’s to a great year of coffee!
