Hey, thanks for that info — I’m going to have to seriously re-consider my decaf consumption. Hmmm….shall I opt for questionably decaffeinated coffee, migraines from caffeine, or no coffee….this won’t be easy.

That article misses another method that uses no chemicals at all: Swiss Water Decaffeination. The only plant that does this is here in Vancouver, we took a tour a few months ago and wrote about it here:
