		<description>This [u]is[/u] funny. I&#039;ll lose about one or two customers a year to this. I&#039;d like to support it but, in my experience, which is limited, I&#039;ve never seen a high grade fair trade coffee. When I roasted in the mid ninties Fair trade was pretty full of defects, stems, cherries, bad beans, and from what I&#039;ve heard it&#039;s only slightly better now. I have to reassert that my knowledge of modern fair trade is limited an it could be better, but taste will be the final judge.</description>
