					<description>This is an excellent article. However, I think it would have been better to break it up into a series of posts. For a single post it is quite long. I find it easier to read lots of short posts instead of one long one. Just a suggestion for dealing with long posts in the future.</description>

					<description>Thanks, Larry.  I realized too late that I intended to include cupping terms in the list for better understanding about tast descriptors associated with favorite or new coffees for readers.  

I'll have that added in a week or so, I think.  Lots going on lately.</description>
