A request from an Arizona Coffee reader:
Hello everyone. My name is Steve Kessler and looking to learn how to professionally roast coffee. I have a strong passion for the coffee industry and would love to further my passion with roasting. I wondering if any the local roasters are looking for an apprentice. I am hard working, trustworthy, and dedicated to the coffee biz. Thanks Dave! I actually talk to Larry today. I think right now he’s okay. He was very nice and I greatly enjoyed talking to him. Thanks for the tip though!
