One of the very best. I travel extensively and I’m always looking for exactly what Xtreme Bean offers - free WiFi, tolerance, ngood karma, and, oh yes, coffee. This place is, without a doubt, the best I’ve found across the USA. Others must agree - it’s got the highest continuous customer occupancy rate I’ve ever seen. The college students help but this place has appeal - there are lots of coffee shops in the area - none as good (or as busy) as this one.
