Arizona Coffee

Barista’s in Arizona don’t do enough coffee art if you want my opinion. It’s probably due to the sheer quantity of drinks made in a typical day. After 50 drinks who has the motivation to carefully craft each drop of foam? Not to mention most drinks are to-go and have a lid.

I would be interested in interviewing barista’s who can make latte art like this and would be willing to have some photos taken.
